- 2 TBSP. Thee Moss Boss Sea Moss Gel
- One Banana (Frozen)
- 3/4 cup of Bluberries (Frozen)
- 2 Blackberries
- 1 TBSP Quick Oats
- 1.5 TSP. Manuka Honey
- 1 Cup Coconut Water (or milk of choice)
** Blend and top with oats!

- A. Raspberry
- B. Thee Moss Boss Sea Moss Gel Coulis.
- Served with Vanilla Ice Cream

- 1 Avocado
- .5TSP Sea Salt
- .5TSP Cracked Pepper
- Juice from 1/2 Lemon

- Mix honey and moss gel until smooth then add hot water and tea bag. Stir until dissolved!.
